Six Week Universe Training – Tip #1
Welcome to Tip #1 of Ed Brown, Jr’s Six Week Journey To The Universe!
Below you will find a collection of “world class” bodybuilding tips to help you reach your goals.
Start by watching the video below:
World Class Bodybuilding Success Tip:
Psychologists have learned that thoughts and feelings go together. You can eliminate unnecessary thoughts and feelings that don’t serve you and your goals. You can either criticize yourself for not being in the shape that you want to be in or you can pump yourself up and start taking the lead of top bodybuilders like Ed Brown, Jr. who is getting great results by implementing positive reinforcement. Confidence and optimism or negativity and defeat? The choice is yours. Chase away negative thoughts during this first week and think about Ed doing his cardio. Will you do yours? Even if it’s only 15 minutes, start the process.
World Class Workout Challenge:
Commit to increasing your cardio over the next 6 weeks.
Work up to 45 minutes of cardio on an empty stomach 3-4 times a week. Start off with 15 minutes, bump it up to 25 minutes and maintain that for a week or so. Continue to increase the time to 45 minutes 3-4 days a week. Once you’ve reached the 6 week mark, you can adjust the amount of cardio that you do based upon your cutting goals. Want to maintain? Do 30 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week.
Start today! Do at least 15 minutes of walking outside or on a treadmill. Lee Priest walks on the beach every morning when in “shred mode” and enjoys watching the sun come up. Ed does his cardio in the gym.
World Class Bodybuilding Motivational Challenge:
Mental toughness is rooted in common sense. Don’t over complicate things, keep them simple. Are the best bodybuilders in the world smarter than you? Are those guys and girls who are in great shape at the beach or at the pool smarter than you? What’s more important to your success – habits or luck? Is having success and reaching your fitness or bodybuilding goals more about knowing or doing?
Common sense is the cornerstone of world class bodybuilding and fitness. Are you a sensible person? Write down a bodybuilding or fitness goal that cannot be reached by using common sense.
How can you implement common sense in your quest for excellence in bodybuilding and fitness? Cut out the sauces like ketchup, barbeque sauce, mayo, etc. Most people have been conditioned to look for complex answers to complex problems. Most “problems” can be solved with easy, common sense solutions. Begin using simple, everyday, common sense wisdom in your life and towards your goals.
